سنتزپژوهی نیازهای آموزشی فراگیران درفرایند برنامه‌ریزی درسی و تدریس معلمان

چکیده

پیشینه و اهداف: هدف از انجام این تحقیق، وارسی نیازهای آموزشی فراگیران در فرایند برنامه‌ریزی درسی و تدریس معلمان است. روش‌ها‌: رویکرد به کار گرفته شده در پژوهش حاضر، کیفی و از نوع سنتزپژوهی می‌باشد که در 6 مرحله انجام گرفته و سعی بر این بوده است که ترکیب نتایج و یافته‌های پژوهش‌های گوناگون در خصوص عنوان پژوهش حاضر، مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. حیطه جغرافیایی مدنظر پژوهشگر برای بررسی مسئله موردنظر، پژوهش‌های این حوزه را شامل می‌شود. همچنین پژوهشگر برای انجام این پژوهش به بررسی مقالات فارسی ‌و انگلیسی ‌مرتبط با عنوان پژوهش پرداخته است. یافته‌ها: یافته های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش فراگیر موضوع پیچیده ای است که عدم درک همه جانبه از نیازهای آموزشی آن‌ها می‌تواند چالش های اساسی را برای جامعه آموزشی ایجاد کند. در اهمیت نیازسنجی همین بس که مبنایی برای شروع هر نوع آموزشی است. اهداف بر اساس نیازهای مشخص شده تعیین می شوند. اثر بخشی برنامه‌ریزی تا حد زیادی تابع این امر است. آشنایی با نیازهای آموزشی دانش آموزان می تواند در جهت گیری های برنامه های آموزشی در مقاطع و سنین مختلف مثمر ثمر باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه به اینکه نیاز سنجی آموزشی هم برای دانش‌آموزان و هم برای برنامه‌ریزی درسی توسط معلمان الزامی بوده و اثرات قابل توجهی برفرایند یادگیری و آموزش می‌تواند داشته باشد، لازم است تا اقدامات لازم در خصوص بررسی اهمیت نیازآموزشی فراگیران در فرایند برنامه‌ریزی درسی و تدریس معلمان صورت بگیرد تا هم میزان کارآمدی معلمان در بحث تدریس و دست یافتن به اهداف آموزشی بالا رود و هم شاهد پیشرفت دانش‌آموزان ، با طرح برنامه‌‌ریزی درسی مناسب، باشیم.
