سنتزپژوهی کاربرد چت بات ها (نرم افزار هوش مصنوعی) در آموزش زبان انگلیسی

چکیده

پیشینه و اهداف: ادغام چت­ بات ­ها در حوزه آموزش، به‌ویژه در بهبود یادگیری زبان انگلیسی، توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. نوآوری‌هایی مانندChatGPT، یک مدل زبان بزرگ، می‌توانند وظایف مختلف پردازش زبان طبیعی را انجام دهند که از نتایج آموزشی پشتیبانی می‌کنند. مطالعه حاضر نقش چت­ بات­ ها را در آموزش زبان انگلیسی از طریق یک سنتز کیفی از مطالعات موجود مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. روش‌ها: محتوای 15 مقاله منتخب از پایگاه‌های داده علمی معتبر جهانی با استفاده از یک طراحی تحقیق کیفی تحلیل شد. فرآیند سنتزپژوهی طبق الگوی پیشنهادی سندلوسکی و باروسو (2007) انجام شد تا درک جامعی از موضوع حاصل شود. برای ارزیابی قابلیت اطمینان یافته‌ها، از ضریب کاپای کوهن استفاده شد که مقدار 0.88 را به دست داد. یافته‌ها: تحلیل یافته­ ها نشان داد که چت ­بات­ ها صرف یک ابزار نیستند، بلکه ابزارهای عملی و مؤثری برای یادگیری زبان انگلیسی به شمار می‌آیند. مطالعه حاضر تجربه‌های یادگیرندگان را با استفاده از چت ­بات­ ها برای یادگیری زبان انگلیسی بررسی کرد و عواملی که بر نتایج تأثیر می‌گذارند و مزایا و معایب این رویکرد را شناسایی کرد. با وجود چالش‌های خاص، نتایج به‌طور قاطع نشان‌دهنده تأثیرات مثبت آموزشی هستند و چشم‌انداز امیدوارکننده‌ای درباره ظرفیت چت­ بات­ ها در آموزش زبان انگلیسی به وجود می‌آورند. نتیجه‌گیری: با دگرگونی در چشم‌انداز آموزشی، دوره­ های تربیت معلمان باید شامل حوزه هوش مصنوعی و روش‌های نوآورانه برای ارتقاء سواد دیجیتال شوند. پژوهش حاضر به معلمان این امکان را می‌دهند که فراگیران را در استفاده از چت ­بات ­ها در مراحل مختلف یادگیری زبان انگلیسی هدایت کنند و تجربیات آموزشی آنان را تقویت کنند.
