بازنمائی معنائی زیست حرفه‌ای معلمان زن شاغل در دوره ابتدائی: مطالعه ای به روش فرهنگ نگاری

چکیده

پیشینه و اهداف: زیست حرفه‌ای یکی از پارادایم‌های نوظهور در باب سبک زندگی حرفه ای است. هدف پژوهش حاضربازنمائی معنائی و توصیف و تحلیل زیست حرفه‌ای معلمان زن شاغل در دوره ابتدائی بود. روش‌ها‌: روش مورد استفاده در این به لحاظ هدف، بنیادی- کاربردی و به لحاظ اجرا از نوع فرهنگ نگاری بود. شرکت کنندگان در این پژوهش20 نفر از معلمان زن دوره ابتدائی شهر تبریز بودند که به صورت هدفمند از نوع مبتنی بر معیار انتخاب شدند. روش جمع آوری اطاعات در این پژوهش بر اساس دو روش مصاحبه و مشاهده بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در این پژوهش از روش تحلیل محتوایی- استقرایی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که محدودیت های شغلی معلمان زن، نقش و جایگاه معلمان زن در اجتماع و خانواده، ارتقاء صلاحیت شغلی معلمان زن، انگیزه معلمان زن، زمینه های پرورش خلاقیت معلمان زن، امتیازات شغلی و فرصت ها و مسائل جنسیت شغلی از مضامین اصلی زیست حرفه ای معلمان زن می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: لذا توجه به مسائل و مشکلات حرفه ای معلمان زن و بازنمائی زیست حرفه ای آنها، ضمن افزایش کیفیت زندگی آنها می تواند در افزایش صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای آنان نیز نقش اساسی ایفا کند.
