طراحی الگوی برنامه درسی مبتنی بر تربیت عاطفی با رویکرد تربیت مغز

چکیده

پیشینه و اهداف: هدف پژوهش طراحی الگوی برنامه درسی مبتنی بر تربیت عاطفی با رویکرد تربیت مغز است. روش‌ها: روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر کیفی است به گونه‌ای که از روش سنتزپژوهی استفاده شد و برای رتبه بندی هر کدام از عناصر از آزمون فریدمن استفاده شد. جامعه پژوهش بر اساس اهداف، سؤالات و مراحل پژوهش شامل دو بخش اسناد مکتوب کتابخانه‌ای و در تعیین رتبه بندی عناصر نه گانه برنامه درسی از 15 معلم جهت امتیاز دهی استفاده شد. در این روش به بررسی و تحلیل تحقیقات انجام شده در زمینه تربیت عاطفی و تربیت مغز پرداخته شد و با شناسایی نقاط اشتراک و افتراق پژوهش‌های مختلف، تحلیل شد. با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS (ضریب آلفای کرونباخ)، 748/0 محاسبه شد. یافته‌ها: در ابتدا جهت یافتن مؤلفه‌ها، مطالعه و بررسی منابع مرتبط با تربیت عاطفی و رویکرد تربیت مغز با بیش از 60 منبع داخلی و خارجی، در نهایت با 32 منبع به اشباع رسید و 10 مؤلفه اصلی از قبیل، تحریک ذهنی، فعالیت‌های ذهنی، انعطاف پذیری مغز و اعصاب، علوم مغز و اعصاب، پرادزش های عددی، علوم اعصاب آموزشی، آموزهای اخلاقی، اصل ارتقای عاطفی و تنظیم و کنترل عواطف شناسایی شدند. طبق نتایج آزمون فریدمن جهت رتبه بندی عناصر الگوی برنامه درسی پیشنهادی، معلمان عنصر محتوا را دارای بالاترین اهمیت و رتبه و عنصر هدف را در رتبه دوم معرفی کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: در نتیجه می‌توان تربیت عاطفی با رویکر مغز محور را با استفاده از برنامه درسی پیشنهادی برای مدارس ابتدایی بکار گرفت.
