راهکارهای مؤثر در کاهش چالش‌های رفتاری نوجوانان و ارتقای کیفیت آموزش: راهنمایی کاربردی برای معلمان

چکیده

پیشینه و اهداف: نوجوانی مرحله‌ای حساس از رشد است که با چالش‌های متعددی همراه است. پژوهش  حاضر با هدف ارائة راهکارهایی برای کاهش این چالش‌ها و بهبود روابط معلم و دانش‌آموز انجام‌شده است. روش‌ها: این مطالعه با رویکرد مرور نظام‌مند، منابع علمی منتشرشده بین سال‌های ۲۰۱۵ تا ۲۰۲۴ (لاتین) و ۱۳۹۳ تا ۱۴۰۳ (فارسی) را بررسی و یافته‌ها را تحلیل و دسته‌بندی نموده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که تقویت ارتباط معلم و دانش‌آموز، بهره‌گیری از فنّاوری‌های نوین و تنوع در روش‌های تدریس از راهکارهای مؤثّر در کاهش مشکلات رفتاری و بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی نوجوانان هستند. علاوه بر این، ایجاد محیطی حمایتگر و انگیزشی در کلاس درس می‌تواند نقش مهمی در کاهش استرس و افزایش مشارکت دانش‌آموزان ایفا کند. پایبندی به اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمی و ایجاد تعادل میان آموزش دانش‌آموز محور و معلم­محور از راهبردهای تقویت ارتباط معلم و دانش‌آموز بوده و استفاده از روش‌های تدریس مسئله‌محور، تجربی و مدل E5 نیز نقش بسزایی در بهبود تعاملات آموزشی دارند. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر بر اهمیت استفاده از روش‌های تدریس نوین، ایجاد تعامل مؤثّر میان معلم و دانش‌آموز و بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های آموزشی تأکید دارد.
