Abstract

Background and Objectives: Professional life is one of the emerging paradigms regarding professional lifestyle. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the career teachers working in elementary schools. Participants in this study were tabriz female teachers in elementary schools. Methods: The method of this fundamental research is an ethnographical Study. Information collected in this study, based on interviews and observation. In order to analyze the data in this study, data were analyzed with inductively-content method. Findings: The results of this study showed that female teachers' job restrictions, the role of female teachers in the community and family, the promotion of female teachers' vocational competencies, the motivation of female teachers, the fields of creativity of female teachers, job opportunities and occupational gender issues are the main themes of female teachers' professional life. Conclusion: Therefore paying attention to the limitations and professional problems of female teachers while improving their quality of life can also play an important role in increasing their professional qualifications.
