شناسایی و تبیین عوامل موثر بر شایستگی های پایه به منظور اجرای فرآیند صلاحیت معلمی (مطالعه موردی دانشگاه تربیت دبیر شهید رجائی)

چکیده

پیشینه و اهداف: هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی الزامات و شایستگی­های پایه به منظور اجرای فرآیند دروس صلاحیت­های معلمی است. روش‌ها‌: این تحقیق با استفاده از روش تحقیق کیفی و با بهره­گیری از گرندد تئوری (GT) که پس از مصاحبه با دانشجویان و اساتید دانشگاه مفاهیم و مقوله­ها با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استخراج شد. یافته‌ها: یافته­ها حاکی از آن است که در طراحی چارچوب توسعه صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ایچهار مقولة اصلی به عنوان الزامات و شایستگی­های پایه قرار داده شدند. مقولة اول قوانین و مقررات با 9 مفهوم، مقولة دوم کارایی اساتید با5 مفهوم، مقولة سوم منابع و امکانات با 6 مفهوم و مقولة چهارم فرآیند یاددهی و یادگیری با 3 مفهوم بود که این مقوله­ها به‌عنوان علل توسعه صلاحیت حرفه‌ای در دانشگاه مطرح بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش، تمرکز بر چهار عامل اصلی و همچنین موانع و تسهیل‌کننده‌ها و اجرای درست فرآیند صلاحیت حرفه‌ای می‌تواند منابع انسانی و معلمانی توانمند تربیت کند که سرآغازی برای تغییر و تحول نظام آموزشی و هنرستان‌های سراسر کشور شود.
