Abstract

. The current research is descriptive-survey and practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the research is all student teachers of Farhangian University of Kermanshah in the two campuses of Shahid Rajaei and Shahid Sadoughi, In 1401-1402 numbering 1594 people. 310 students (male and female) were selected as a sample by stratified random method and based on Morgan's table. The measurement tool included a researcher-made questionnaire, the validity of which wavices, only the quality of the item of the state of holding congregational prayers has been significantly evaluated as favorable. In the examination of the quality of university services in the field of administration, officials and employees, only respect and adherence to values with an average score of (2.67) has been significvaluated as favorable. In the quality of university services in increasing the knowledge, skills and attitf (2.03). Therefore, it can be said that the quality of functional services of Farhangian University of Kermanshah from the point of view of student teachers is unfavorable and shows their relative dissatisfaction with the quality of university services.
